Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the collectible nature of sealed Pokémon TCG products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened product. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives with shipping damage (crushed boxes, torn seals, etc.), please email us at support@oaxcollects.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging within 48 hours. We will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion based on available inventory.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
