Cancellations are allowed prior to shipment but are subject to a %3 cancellation fee. This will be deducted from the refund amount in order to cover the %3 non-refundable payment processing fee that is charged to us when the payment is made.Orders will typically ship within 24hrs of the payment once its receieved.

When ordering a Pre-Order (or Back-Order item), all other items in the cart will be shipped with the pre-order item. That means if a pre-order item ships in 1 month you need to wait 1 month for all other items that were in the cart at the time of purchase. If you want non-pre-order items shipped right away you need to add them to a separate cart and check-out with a separate order.
